The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with spacious showers and comfortable beds. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the scrambled eggs were especially delicious.

The location was perfect, with the central bus/train stations and the city center just a stone's throw away. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained and had a sense of history. My room was spotlessly clean, and the mattresses and pillows provided the perfect level of comfort for a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was delicious, and the staff were professional and accommodating.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow. Despite the minor inconvenience of hearing trams in the vicinity, it did not disturb my sleep.
